Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress using electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions when required
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN) in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications from accredited institutions
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize complex patient needs
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
