Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in clinical settings including assessment, treatment planning, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care coordination
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or specialty area
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
