Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Administer medications and perform IV therapy with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (CA RN License # required)
- Minimum 2 years acute care or specialty experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR platforms
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
