Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in specialized units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Document patient data accurately in electronic health records
- Conduct remote patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends)
