Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient histories, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license issued by the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
