Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols and standards
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic procedures, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care transitions
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain sterile environments and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancement
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or relevant clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Experience in specialty areas (ER, ICU, Med-Surg) preferred
