Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in assigned clinical units with adherence to evidence-based protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor patient vitals, response to treatment, and report changes to physicians
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and self-care management
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state eligibility)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 1+ years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty setting
- BLS/ACLS certification (required); PALS/NRP for specialty roles
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Electronic medical record proficiency (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
