Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment, treatment, and education across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation and safety protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical observations
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during healthcare transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and contribute to team case reviews
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum 1 year acute care or specialized nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and shift requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
