Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and care coordination
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
- Provide patient education and support to promote health literacy

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing with 1+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
