Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across diverse medical units using evidence-based practices

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact state)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- 2+ years of acute care experience in telemetry or ICU settings
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating schedules including nights and weekends
