Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with state regulations and facility protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Document patient care activities, vital signs, and clinical notes accurately and promptly.
- Provide compassionate education and support to patients and their families regarding their health conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
