Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license issued by the New York State Department of Education.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
