Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and safe patient positioning
- Support nurses with clinical tasks and maintain clean patient environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient needs
- Adhere to HIPAA protocols and facility-specific care standards
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to multiple Philadelphia locations
