Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities to ensure their comfort and dignity.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient needs.
- Document patient information accurately in medical records and care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Arizona.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
