Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing health status, diagnosing nursing problems, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current, active unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
