Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and support.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition immediately.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (acute care preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed.
