Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with RNs and LPNs to ensure accurate documentation and care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active Colorado CNA License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital, or home health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient dignity and respect.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
