Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient health status and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly valued.
