Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient assessment and telehealth consultations using HIPAA-compliant video platforms
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams through electronic health records (EHR)
- Monitor and document patient progress via telehealth monitoring systems
- Conduct virtual medication reconciliation and patient education sessions
- Collaborate with on-site staff during periodic clinical rotations (2-4 days/month)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for remote care delivery
- Maintain strict compliance with telehealth regulations and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years clinical practice
- Telehealth certification or demonstrated remote care experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred) and telehealth platforms
- Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to travel to Dallas facility for occasional on-site duties
