Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement infection control protocols
- Educate patients/families on discharge plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (8/12-hour)
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to adapt to changing patient acuity
