Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and care planning across diverse units
- Administer medications with precision and safety protocols
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation in compliance with standards
- Respond to emergent situations with calm expertise
- Mentor new staff and uphold quality metrics
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or Georgia for GA positions)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience accepted
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Experience in acute care, ER, or Med-Surg settings
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Proficiency with electronic health records
