Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and critical care needs.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, new graduates welcome.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
