Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and facility-specific protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license with minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; ACLS preferred
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours per week across variable shifts
- Strong clinical skills in emergency and critical care settings
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
