Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide patient education and support to promote health and recovery
- Manage critical situations calmly and efficiently during high-acuity cases
- Participate in orientation and training for new assignments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in specialty area
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications required
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours per week across various shifts
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
- Positive references from previous employers
