Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care across diverse medical units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and facility-specific protocols
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
