Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and telemetry units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and care progress accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific regulations
- Adapt quickly to new environments and department-specific workflows
- Participate in orientation and training for each assignment location
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours per week across varied shifts
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
- Positive references from previous employers
