Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
- Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
- Adapt quickly to new environments and healthcare facility protocols
- Participate in emergency response procedures as required
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications based on specialty)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN or BSN degree
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Valid passport and willingness to travel within the Orlando metro area
