Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
- Assess patient needs and prioritize critical interventions
- Maintain infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours/week across shifts
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
