Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and med-surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with hospital protocols and state nursing regulations
- Adapt quickly to new environments and facility-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to travel to Richmond within 48 hours of assignment
