Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone triage assessments for patients of all ages
- Accurately determine patient acuity levels and prioritize care needs
- Document patient interactions and clinical decisions in EHR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (AZBN)
- Minimum 2 years emergency room or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Spanish fluency preferred
