Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone triage assessments to determine patient acuity
- Provide evidence-based clinical guidance to patients via phone consultations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for complex cases
- Adhere to established triage protocols and regulatory standards
- Delicate patient education on home care and follow-up instructions

Qualifications
- Current Maryland RN license (unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Certified in telephone triage (preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and assessment skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
