Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone triage assessments for patients of all ages
- Provide clinical guidance and health education to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Accurately document patient interactions in EMR systems
- Manage urgent care referrals and appointment scheduling
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina (NC RN)
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
