Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize ER cases using evidence-based protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to determine patient acuity levels
- Oversee nursing staff during high-volume patient surges
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of ER or critical care nursing experience
- Valid Louisiana RN license (required)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications (mandatory)
