Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls/queries to determine medical urgency and prioritize care needs
- Provide clinical guidance and health advice via telehealth platforms
- Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists for complex cases

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
