Responsibilities
- Operate automated dispensing systems and robotic medication equipment
- Prepare and label prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Manage digital inventory using provided inventory management software
- Compound sterile/non-sterile preparations using advanced compounding tools
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records
- Maintain sterile compounding environments with provided equipment
- Assist with medication reconciliation and clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license
- PTCB or ExCPT certification
- Minimum 1 year hospital/pharmacy experience
- Proficiency with automated dispensing systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Background check and drug screen required
