Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately using provided automated dispensing systems
- Manage prescription workflow using integrated pharmacy software
- Operate and maintain compounding equipment for sterile preparations
- Assist in inventory control with provided scanning technology
- Provide exceptional patient consultation under pharmacist supervision
- Process insurance claims using provided digital tools
- Maintain clean, organized workspace with provided equipment
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification in Wisconsin
- Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy experience
- Proficient with pharmacy software (e.g., QS1, Rx30)
- Ability to operate automated dispensing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with provided equipment assistance
