Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately using our provided digital inventory systems
- Operate automated compounding equipment for sterile preparations
- Manage prescription processing with barcode scanning technology
- Maintain equipment calibration and sterile workspaces
- Collaborate with pharmacists using our integrated pharmacy software
- Train on new equipment protocols quarterly
- Support inventory management with automated tracking tools
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience with equipment operation
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Familiarity with automated dispensing systems
- Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Ability to adapt to new pharmacy technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
