Responsibilities

  • Accurately fill prescriptions under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
  • Verify patient information and medication orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory levels and process supply orders efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions regarding medications and insurance.
  • Assist with the billing process, insurance verifications, and handling payments.

Qualifications

  • Current PTCB or ExCPT certification (or willingness to obtain certification).

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
