As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be the vital link between our pharmacists and patients. You will assist in the dispensing process, manage inventory, and ensure our community receives the highest quality pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescription medications for dispensing with extreme accuracy.
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and physician orders for correctness.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment and ordering supplies.
- Assist pharmacists in compounding medications and preparing intravenous (IV) solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient questions and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and prescription logs.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and state pharmacy laws.
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug interactions, and dosage calculations.
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., Rx30, Pioneer, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
