Responsibilities
- Process and fill prescriptions accurately under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock rotation
- Assist with patient consultations and medication counseling
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and HIPAA standards
- Operate pharmacy software and dispensing equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety
- Provide exceptional customer service in a retail setting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior pharmacy experience necessary (training provided)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for weekday training (8 AM - 5 PM)
