Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control and medication ordering systems
- Process insurance claims and maintain patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient education
- Assist in sterile compounding and IV preparations
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and pharmacy safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Active Hawaii Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility
- Prior pharmacy experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
