Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary draws on patients of all ages with precision and care.
- Ensure accurate labeling, processing, and handling of blood specimens according to strict lab protocols.
- Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and ensure a comfortable testing environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, safety standards, and sterile techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and lab staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior medical experience required (Paid Training is provided for the right candidate).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
