Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed electronic health records using our mobile care platform
- Collaborate with RNs and care coordinators via telehealth portals
- Implement customized care plans developed by clinical supervisors
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Wisconsin HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency with smartphones/tablets for telehealth documentation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
