Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Monitor and record client vital signs and report changes to the supervising nurse.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with mobility issues, including transfers and walking assistance.
- Administer medication reminders according to care plans.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or CNA certification required.
- Current Florida State Nurse Aide License.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and physically able to perform the duties of the job.
