Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections
- Process and transport specimens to lab
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/JCAHO standards
- Provide patient education during procedures
- Calibrate and maintain equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current phlebotomy certification (ASCP/ASPT preferred)
- Nevada phlebotomy license
- 6+ months recent clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Background check and drug screen required
- Basic computer proficiency
