- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with precision and patient comfort
- Process, label, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- Valid CPR certification
- Excellent venipuncture skills with minimal discomfort

- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume settings
