Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections using sterile techniques
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain patient records with HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Calibrate and troubleshoot phlebotomy equipment
- Provide patient education on procedures and aftercare
- Collaborate with nurses and lab staff for seamless workflow

Qualifications
- Current Texas Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
