Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA and lab protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Operate and calibrate phlebotomy equipment
- Assist in inventory management of medical supplies

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- 1+ years clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling
