Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws for all patient populations
- Process and transport specimens to the laboratory following strict protocols
- Maintain sterile equipment and ensure proper infection control procedures
- Verify patient identities and prepare specimens for analysis
- Document patient information and test results in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in phlebotomy
- Valid CPR certification
