Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Coordinate with remote care team via telehealth platforms
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Assist with prescribed exercises and mobility aids

Qualifications
- California HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Clear background check and TB test
